Ceramic Rubber Liner-Three-in-One-Large Porcelain Seamless Hot Vulcanization Process-With BoltsIt is a compositeabrasion resistant material, usually used in mines,electrical power, Metallurgy,metallurgyThe lining of equipment in the construction and other industries to resist material scouring and abrasion. The following is a detailed analysis of the technology:
1. Core components and structure
- Ceramic Rubber Liner: It consists of three parts:
- ceramic layer: High-alumina ceramics (alumina content ≥ 92%), providing superb wear resistance.
- rubber layer: Natural rubber or Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) to cushion impact and reduce noise.
- metal layer: Steel backplate with bolts (Q235 or wear-resistant steel) for easy installation and fixing.
- tripledevise: It refers to ceramics, rubber and metal molded in one go through the hot vulcanization process, with no adhesive between layers and high bonding strength.
2. Large Porcelain SeamlessHot Vulcanization Process
- Large Ceramic Tile Design: Larger ceramic block sizes (e.g. 40 x 40mm or customized) reduce seams and reduce the risk of material jamming.
- seamlessness: The ceramic blocks are filled with rubber, which forms an elastic seal after hot vulcanization to avoid material penetration.
- Hot Vulcanization Process::
- preprocessing: Sandblasting of ceramic surfaces, descaling of metal plates, application of special adhesives (e.g. Chemrock).
- Forming Vulcanization: Vulcanize at high temperature (140-160℃) and high pressure (≥10MPa) for 30-60 minutes to cross-link the rubber and tightly bond ceramics and metals.
- reprocess: Trim the edges after cooling and check the bond strength.
3. Design with bolts
- Bolt TypeEmbedded countersunk head bolts (M12-M20), pre-embedded or special bolts welded to the steel backing plate (depending on the workpiece), vulcanized and molded with rubber.
- Installation Advantages::
- Directly bolted, no welding required to avoid thermal distortion.
- Replaceable monoblockslinerMaintenance is easy.
- anti-loosening measures: The head of the bolt is covered with rubber, which is not easy to loosen under vibration conditions.
